Meet Sebastian—Munich native, athlete, and tech enthusiast with a passion for turning ideas into reality. He is the creative mind and founder of respio.
With a background in management information systems, Sebastian asked a simple but powerful question: "Why isn’t there a software platform for high-altitude interval training that truly supports flexible business workflows?"
After countless self-experiments, training sessions, and sleepless nights, he developed the solution himself: intelligent software that flexibly adapts to users’ needs, integrates with internal workflows, works seamlessly on mobile devices, and creates automated programs.
